Okay, this is probably like my seventh time on Lj trying to revive this long-ago-dead-and-maybe-mummified-already Lj, but anyhows, ive finally decided to post something here before i say Byebye 2008, Hello 2009. I dont think its quite possible to explain my life this year through words like this, so for those that have been in MIA for a year (Kimberly Ang Please Read Here), call me for a date and we can ketchup'! Finally, the long overdue prom photos!
Sometimes, because everything's happening sooooooo fast, i'd jump out occasionally from my sleep, thinking if i had taken my papers yet(Yueyong feels the same too!). Not long ago, we were having sweaty palms while sitting for our chinese's O's, then, we were mugging like lunatics for prelims & orp, and before you know it, you see 10days to O levels on the board. And when you wake up overnight, you realise that O's are over! How fast and scary can these things get seriously. Everything seems so surreal. And oh well, guess what, PROM'S OVER! Thinking about it now, like now, it might sound crazy but i really really really miss everything about SJC and the people there. Oh well, i shant go into detail and get soooo sentimental, will do it another day! Hahaha! Anw, PROM PIX! :D

The world's been acting a little strange these days. First, it was the weird angmoh meets indian incident, then it was some anti-PAP uncle yelling in the train cabin, then it was some over-grown cjc guy snatching people's seats at the study lounge (he finds a GREAT sense of satisfactory), and now, kailing's turning nuts memorising all the physics formulas. BUT, BUT, BUT LOOK WHAT SHE FOUND!!!

ORP, ORP, AND MORE ORP.
You know sometimes, I really do hate myself. I can go to the examination hall, having studied the wrong chapters, thinking it's another screwed-up one and still get an A, while on the other hand, whenever i put in my 101%, I barely make it for a B or even a pass, it's so damn dumb lah. And when i finally decied to master all my differentiation, integration, trigo, binomial skills, there's NO more maths ORP, how dumb x 1000! I miss fencing and I need shopping. :(
Sometimes i feel like Im standing alone even with you beside me, sometimes I feel like that's a safety net to catch me just in case i slip. im gonna be alone anyway, let's just start now.

It's been sooooooooo long since my last post. For the whole of this week, everything's so intensive. You see the WHOLE class is mugging simultaneously like never before and it's really scary. it's like you either go along with the pace or just die there. HAHAHA. And, erm, everyone's sort of like going berserk, like steph and yueyong(?), they were making up a [not-funny-at-all-but-they-were-laughing-like-it's-the-best-joke] firefly version 2. Next week's the start of ORP alr, god bless us! I'm sure we can hardly wait for it to come!!! :D

Hey, look what I found. Becca ward wins Cadet world Championship for the Second year runningPosted March 16th, 2007 by Admin Leon Paul sponsored athlete Rebecca Ward has defended her Cadet World Champion title. She beat Anna Illarionova (RUS) by 15-4! Becca was leading 8-1 by the first time break. Leon Paul have sponsored Becca since she was 14 and she has gone on to be the youngest ever world champion and the first triple crown world champion holding the Cadet, Junior, and Senior world titles.

Alright, I guess the pictures explain it all. First it was BREEKS, then we shopped and ate even more goodies at SUBWAY; yummy cookies they have over there! anyway, bought this preeetty preeetty dress for Charis, was a combined gift with Jer; hope you like it! :D As usual I bought another pair of sunnies, but hey(!), I'm starting to save already okay! Okay, it isnt exactly saving but I'm just not spending as much and as crazy as before, you see, I was sooooooo tempted into buying another pair of sunnies at FEP, but i dropped the idea and convinced myself that I've only got one pair of eyes and currently I've already got 12 pairs of sunnies and I should start an abstinence plan from sunnies! HAHAHAHA!
8 more days to Chinese O's, I've decided that I'm gonna do my best and not PANIC and tell myself that there's still another chance, even though I really hate to study Chinese all over agn! ): Oh, and you know how much I've been eating through this whole mugging season?!?!?! Lots and lots, look, I just gobble down a Cabury boost bar! ): I think I need to lose some weight seriously, cause I've stopped exercising since I've decided to stop fencing+taekwondo for the time being, plus plus, there's no more pe. The only thing that keeps me active now is my pathetic-once-a-week yoga class and all those imaginary fats that I burn off while shopping. How miserable can i get please.
Alright, I should seriously stop whining over life! Hah!

Just fixed my braces yesterday and now, I've got another elastic attached on! Ouch! I've been stuffing myself with sushi and liquid food, cause my mouth can only stretch to the size of a fishball. How sad.
Anw, guess what? I was being such a adorable mummy's girl by staying home today. Hah. actually it's all because I'm currently too broke to even buy a meal cause I spent almost all my money on the shopping spree last week! ):
Me: Hey mum, look, I'm finally staying home on a Saturday.
Mom: Don't lie, you're left with zero cash right?
Me: [Smile Like An Idiot]
Mom: I'm not stupid, you know.
So, I ended up visiting Ikea and Giant agn with mom. At Giant, they sell these salmon sushi which are sooooo yummy that I ate the whole pack for dinner. You've really got to love them, plus it's cheap! Oh, and I saw the old uncle who used to fence with me and Cher, and i can still remember how he used to hit us so hard that I look like a bruise ball when i go home.
Oh speaking of fencing, i've decided to not go for the Selangor Open comp! It's a pity i know, but i dont see the point in me going when I havent touched the sabre for one and a half months. I really miss fencing thought, but I seriously can't find time for it, sorry Coach! :D Well, I was thinking of joining Foil fencing after O's, cause I find it a too-saddening-and-almost-impossible task to communicate with the other sabreurs, and i'm getting kind of bored it too, and it's always good to try something new! :D
Ps: I was just thinking the other day, if we ever do meet again, I wonder what our first words would be.

Okay, oh yea, RESULTS!!! I would say that overall I did improved but these marks ain't anywhere near my ideal scores, but still, it was better than what i expected! so, WELL DONE! :D I know how everyone feels now, ranging at the borderline passing marks and all, but think about it, this myes came so fast and we were so unprepared, plus there's still a long way to go to O's, & there's still prelims! so i dont see the point in being super-duper upset over this myes, just buck up and move on. We're all on the same boat, so take it easy!
Oh well, I swear I can die from doing Chinese. It's so agonizing! AHHHHHHHHH! but since there's noting we can do, we've just got to shut up and continue doing it! ):

Look what I found friends,
and, and, AND, it was TOTAL CANDID.
Sigh, everything's been happening so fast that i don't even have much time to breathe. And now, it's already the 14th of May, which means 14 days away from Chinese O's. As much I wanna get over it, I so damn do not even want to face it. I'm aiming an A(!) though, hopefully.
This time round in the mid-year exams, it has certainly done a fabulous job of scaring me the hell outta me and it works perfectly as the FINAL wake-up call, it's not as though I've not been scared enough, but it sure marks the start of the mugging season for me. I know I've pretty much screwed up all my papers, okay, not all, just the sciences (I hope!), but I mean, come on, other than the Class of 4E and maybe Joanna Tan Boon Yan, I think it's obvious that we ain't expecting anymore miracles. So, let's just cross our fingers this time round that we can fail with nicer digits!
OH! and the MT week thingy is definitely such an irritant, imagine doing full chinese paper 1 & 2 in a day + revision of papers! Can't believe it's only Day 1; there's 8 more to go! Whatever it is, I'm just gonna pull through this period of time, and I know I can do it! :D (Lam Pu Yan: Go woman, you can do it!)
Alr, going off now, gonna shop online now!
